about me

I’m Thomas Andrews

—  Marine Corps veteran, sober coach, peer support specialist, and father. I didn’t rebuild my life early. I rebuilt it deliberately.

After years of addiction, incarceration, and disconnection, I found a way forward rooted in structure, responsibility, and honesty. Now I help others do the same — without hype, shame, or shortcuts.

Thomas and his beach workouts have really given me strength mentally and physically. The team environment paired with his significant knowledge surrounding fitness makes for an incredible start to my day. Getting grounded on the beach, surrounded by beauty, resets my mind and Thomas always shows up with the best attitude. He is welcoming and works at your pace. He can tailor the workouts to the person in a motivating way, while still making us all feel like a team. The actual sessions are well thought out and he really mixes it up! If you want to work on something specific, he’s open to suggestions. He’s been very generous with me and I’ve found that since training with him, I feel so much better about myself. I highly recommend T3!

Considering Dry January?

Dry January isn’t about quitting forever.
It’s about paying attention.
For many people, 30 days without alcohol becomes the first moment of real clarity in years. I support Dry January as a reset and entry point, not a finish line.
